Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks the immune system. Of many opportunistic infections, tuberculosis (TB) was ranked most. In 2019, out of 1.4 million TB patients who died 208,000 people were living with HIV. Aims: Knowing data on diagnosis in HIV-AIDS Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital 2019-2020 and relationship between patient's length stay risk factors. Methods: This type research descriptive study total sample 293 using secondary from medical records at Hospital. Data analysis likelihood ratio test. Results: The number males gender (76%). Maximum age >35 years (57.68%). A 174 (59%) graduated high school 68% worked. 139 (47.5%) married, most factor being vaginal sex (48.12%). An average 152 (52%) treated for 5-10 days positive GeneXpert examination as 88 (58.7%). It known 101 (34%), p-value 0.038 patient
